Eli Woodard, a highly regarded cornerback from Voorhees, N.J., made a verbal commitment to Ohio State’s 2013 football recruiting class on Thursday.

Woodard, a 4-star recruit according to Rivals.com, is the second highly rated cornerback in the 2013 class. He joins Trotwood-Madison’s Cameron Burrows, a 5-star recruit.

The Buckeyes also have commitments from Middletown quarterback Jalin Marshall and Austintown Fitch lineman Billy Price. All of OSU’s commitments are rated 4-star or 5-star prospects.
