Ohio State running back Jordan Hall used his Twitter account to say he has had successful surgery, but didn’t specify why the surgery was necessary.
Reportedly, the surgery was to repair an ankle or foot problem.
If so, a long recovery period could cause problems for Ohio State’s offense. Hall is the quickest of Ohio State’s veteran running backs and was expected to provide big-play potential as a runner and as a receiver.
So far, no official confirmation of the surgery from OSU or an estimate of how long he will need to go through rehab.
